Dr. Kevin McGarvey is a board-certified emergency physician who has spent the last three years focused on addiction medicine, following a 24-year career in acute care, primary care, and healthcare innovation. He holds an M.D. and M.B.A. from Indiana University and previously spent a decade practicing emergency medicine at one of Colorado’s busiest trauma centers. In recent years, he has provided medical direction for residential recovery and withdrawal management programs, drawn to the urgent need for compassionate, clinically rigorous care in this field. He brings that same commitment to Porch Light Health, along with a career-long focus on building better systems of coordinated care for patients and providers alike.
